You can often lengthen or shorten rental terms, but there is usually a fee for extending the rental period.
To have the container picked up early, give your rental provider a call and request an early pick-up.
You may even be offered a discount for a fast turnaround.
What happens if I overfill my dumpster?
If you fill the dumpster above its fill line, the dumpster company holds the right to remove some or all of the debris.
In some cases, the customer is responsible for unloading the material/debris until the load complies with the rental company’s policy.
Some companies will unload the waste for you, but by simply putting it in your yard/worksite and charging you for the extra labor.
To sidestep any hassle, make sure you understand the weight limits and abide by the dumpster company’s policy.
