Zero stars for the company, 5 stars for the guys who did the work though. Speedy Solutions texted me “$200 for the junk removal we can be there today”. (That’s it. No other notes) So I said great. They called to confirm the pick up. BTW, the email confirmation said “$130 Total”. Upon completion, the guys told me “That will be $350”. I said WHAT? That’s not what they quoted me and I showed them. They called the office to explain what I said and the said that the items took up more room than they expected. I finally got somebody on the phone to talk with me and they said the same thing. But here’s the thing, the quote was from that morning!!!! Nobody EVER told me that during the quote or even when I was on the phone with them! And I told them as far as I’m concerned I only owe you $200. It’s not my problem that you miss quoted it. Any good business would have eaten that cost due to their mistake. After a long argument on the phone, including discussions on ethical business practices, scamming people, etc.., they said they would only drop the price to $300 or they would unload my junk. I said what kind of business does that? UNBELIEVABLE that they would not stand by the quote that they gave me, the customer, and own up to their mistake. I would never ever, ever recommend them to anybody.

Zero stars. I hired this company for a deep cleaning. Specified what I wanted done, and signed a contract that was countersigned by the company. The cleaner they sent was late, had no idea what the job was, did not complete the work, and didn't attempt to do most of it. The work she did was of extremely poor quality. The company solicited feedback, which I provided. They offered one free hour of cleaning, which would not at all cover everything that would need to be redone, or done for the first time. I communicated this with them. I said that I wanted a refund, and was told that "upper management" would reach out to me the following day. They did not, unsurprisingly, so I followed up, and was told that I would not be refunded in spite of the breach of contract. I then informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB (which was done), and would be leaving them online reviews. This company is dishonest, and does not honor their word or contract.

They hauled away a old refrigerator for me in Howell.

We had recently bought a house and there were leftover items from the previous owners, so we hired SpeedyCleans to come and haul it all away. They were very punctual and pleasant to work with. I would love to hire them again for future junk removal needs.
