I've been working with Prodan since 2020. They've helped me demolish five manufactured homes and one stick-built home. Joe, Mike, and Emily are all fantastic to work with. They communicate well, do quality work, and easily handle everything I and the City of Portland throw at them. Portland’s difficult permitting/inspection requirements, lead and asbestos abatement requirements, and hand deconstruction requirements were all handled by Prodan without issue. They are always professional and kind to my tenants on-site, they always keep me well informed about what’s going on, and I never have to worry about unfair prices. I can’t say enough good about them.

I needed a single family home demolished in preparation for building a new structure. I got in contact with Prodan Construction and hired them. Everything went well, and everything was done according to my request. They came on schedule and they were quick with their work. They also made sure that the site was cleaned out after the demo. I am quite pleased with their services and I feel that I got what I paid for.
