I had an old sofa that had been in my basement for at least 50 years. It was very old and quite heavy, and I wanted it removed. I contacted Brandon at JDog and I'm so glad that I did. I had a team at my door in less than 24 hours. Two very pleasant and polite gentlemen arrived to do the job. The entire experience went very well. I hadn't thought about it being a problem, but my parents had installed two grab bars on either side of the threshold so that it was easier for them to make it up the stairs. But it made it quite impossible to get the sofa out. The gentlemen tried several angles to get it through the doorway. Finally, we decided that it needed to be cut into two pieces to maneuver it through the opening. They quickly and efficiently got their saw, cut the couch down to size, and got it out of the house. They even swept up the residue on the floor and steps and left the area in better shape than it was when they arrived. Very professional service!
