The Estancia Valley Solid Waste Authority (EVSWA) is dedicated to providing essential waste collection, recycling, and disposal services to residential property owners throughout the Estancia Valley region of Torrance County, New Mexico. We operate neighborhood collection stations for garbage, bulky items, and recycling drop-offs, and also offer convenient roll-off dumpster rentals. EVSWA is committed to protecting and improving our local environment, a commitment recognized by the 2021 New Mexico Recycling Coalition Annual Conference for our safety program.
