Luckily we caught the whole thing on video. We immediately contacted the company the next day to alert them of the issue.\r\n\r\nThey acknowledged & admitted fault & told us that they would send someone to look at it and repair. Now a month later, many calls, excuses & complete runaround it's still not even looked at let alone repaired.\r\n\r\nWe spoke to a very rude lady on the phone yesterday who yet again gave us excuses as to why a month later they haven't sent anyone to remedy the damage that they caused. Now they're not picking up their phone. Mind you, their previous employee (Mary) was lovely and a breeze to work with. Now this new person has heinous customer service skills & should not be answering their phone let alone working with the public.\r\n\r\nTerrible customer service, accountability & recourse.
