The first experience we had wasn't great, as they delivered the dumpster about 8 hours later than they were suppose to and our help had already gone home, which left just my husband and I to load the dumpster. \r\n\r\nThe second experience we had renting a dumpster from WM-D’s Equipment Rentals LLC went fine. I requested the dumpster earlier than we actually needed it (having learned my lesson) and we had the dumpster available without a problem. After we had loaded the dumpster and were done with it, it took then an additional 5 days to return to get it after our 7 day rental period. My mom felt inconvenienced by this because we had to leave our gate open, but it didn't bother me. Our property is located very far out into the country, so I assume that it just required different planning to organize how they would be able to accommodate us. Their staff was very friendly and helpful and I will use them again if I ever need to rent another dumpster.
