The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't finish the project. They removed the beams and the concrete deck but they left the columns, so I had the columns left sticking out in the air. They said that removing the columns will require another job order and it will cost me $500 more. I took out the beams myself because I didn't want to pay an additional $500 for a 15-minute job,which I believe was supposed to be part of the demolition contract in the first place. They also took out a lot of before and after photos of the project. I contacted them to request for a copy of the before photos to provide my insurance company but Oregon Demolition ignored all my emails and my calls.
